CBT Therapy for Burnt-Out Women | Online & Face-to-Face | UK
Therapy for Burnt-Out Women Who Are Exhausted From Trying to Be Everything to Everyone
Therapy that helps you stop surviving and start actually living , without the guilt, the constant proving, or the feeling that you're never quite enough.
A human and relatable approach, where therapy is the one space you don’t have to show up as anyone other than who you are.
Hi, I’m Jasmin
I’m a CBT therapist based in the UK, specialising in burnout, low self-esteem, and perfectionism. I offer online CBT therapy and face-to-face sessions, working with women across the UK.
I've spent 9 years working across mental health, from NHS urgent and emergency mental health to veterans' charities, and I now work with burnt-out women in private practice.
But honestly? I do this work because I get it.
I know what it's like to work longer hours than everyone else, to feel guilty the moment you stop being productive, to check your work seven times and still not feel sure it's good enough. I've been there, I still work on this stuff daily.
Which is why therapy with me isn't clinical or stiff. I use humour, real-life analogies, and the occasional personal story, because I think the therapeutic relationship matters just as much as the tools. If we don't click, it won't work. And I'd rather tell you that honestly than take your money when I'm not the right fit.
I follow the CBT structure because it works. But I'm not rigid about it. I'm not a robot. And I'll never pretend to have it all figured out, because I don't, and neither does anyone else.
Outside of therapy, you'll find me at netball, walking Ted (the spaniel), listening to country music, or planning my next trip to Italy.
Some of the things I often support people with in therapy:
Burnout — working longer hours than everyone else but still feeling like it's not enough
Low self-esteem — feeling like you're never quite good enough, no matter what you achieve
Perfectionism — checking your work obsessively, procrastinating if you can't do it perfectly
People-pleasing — saying yes when you mean no, struggling to set boundaries without guilt
Anxiety — overthinking everything, catastrophising small mistakes, 2am spirals
Imposter syndrome — feeling like you've tricked everyone and they'll realise you're not capable
Guilt when resting — feeling like you have to earn downtime through productivity
Depression — feeling numb, detached, or like you've lost yourself
Social anxiety — ruminating about conversations, worrying what people think
Trauma and PTSD — processing difficult experiences and their ongoing impact
You don't need to have it all figured out to start therapy.
Many of my clients come to me saying: "I don't know exactly what's wrong, I just know I feel exhausted all the time."
And that's enough. We can start from there.
